Plotting - Feb 2011

Visit to the plot with Kai's mum, who is hopefully going to help us trim back some hedges and lop trees when we get started. The plot is about 17m x 14m, and has detailed planning permission for a detached 3 bed house.

We should be completing on the purchase of the plot in a couple of weeks' time. I am currently getting utility connections organised and Kai is working on making a full shopping list of materials so that we can compare builders merchants' prices.
The plan is to get a static caravan and live on site as soon as possible - once water and electricity are connected up.


I forgot to mention - we're very excited!!!
